I strive to ensure that your effort is respected and valued by being honest, empathetic, and straightforward.
Nobody knows YOU better than YOU do. Therefore, my approach to therapy focuses on working with you to find resolution to your issues while teaching you to become your own therapist. I believe that a successful therapeutic process is one in which the client develops the confidence to apply skills learned and becomes able to overcome issues on their own.
I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have been providing therapeutic services to individuals and families for over 18 years.
