I have been an LCSW ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in CA for the past 4 years. In my practice, my focus areas are navigating anxiety & life stressors & depression. Through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices. I prefer to focus on client centered therapy in order to meet the client where they are at. Therefore my approach’s vary based on individual client needs. I have experience utilizing CBT & Solution Focused Therapy & Psychodynamic Therapy.
I have experience working with both the adult & geriatric populations. Helping them navigate challenging life stressors which can present as depression and/or anxiety. In addition to identifying clients' feelings & thoughts and working on developing healthy coping skills.
