I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love people. I also love stories, problem solving, art, creative writing, drama and movement. I strive to offer a safe and calm space where you can practice honesty within yourself and where you can experience healing, nervous system regulation, and a trusting relationship.
My work is focused on teens, young adults and women. I see clients ages 15 and up, girls and women only. My educational background consists of Trauma-informed treatments, Expressive Arts modalities, Sensorimotor Art therapy (aka Guided Drawing), and Internal Family Systems.
