I find joy in supporting individuals in navigating their lives, especially during challenging times or unexpected transitions. With a background in addiction work and many years of experience helping clients process current and past trauma, I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward self-acceptance, inner strength, self-forgiveness, and a renewed sense of hope. I work with adults, adolescents, and children facing depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and relational struggles. My special passion lies in working with survivors of attachment trauma, empowering them to heal and find a path forward.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive, along with a dose of humor. I love helping parents to learn more adaptive ways to relate to their children. With children I use a combination of play, sandplay, talk, and behavioral therapy. With adults and couples, I consider personalities and strengths to guide you toward your goals.
