Covid and Anxiety back to school Teen Groups
TWO GROUPS: TEENS AND TWEENS. Tweens 5:30-6:30, teens 6:45-7:45. Through art and Interactive activities your child will have the skills to:Identify triggers as well as stress & worry in their bodies. Learn & utilize strategies to cope with worries, stress, and anxiety while adjusting to the transition back to school. Learn to identify big feelings and boundaries with friends. Practice communication & engagment with peers.
