This group is a resilience-informed group focused on mind and body-centered healing activities that can be practiced individually and/or in group to rewire, regulate, and rebalance the nervous system to promote emotional health and post-traumatic growth, especially, during these tumultuous times where we are experiencing high polarization, high anxiety, and little community. This group is inspired by the work of Arielle Schwartz, PhD, a trailblaser in the field of the neurobiology of trauma, Polyvagal-informed yoga. Peer support and connection will be encouraged. Maximum number members - 10 people. This group requires a 6 week commitment.

Online Women HSV Support Group
This online women HSV support group is a small closed group (up to 8 women) designed for women struggling with a herpes diagnosis and will provide a safe container for you to learn, grow and heal with other women who can relate and support you along the way. Herpes is a very manageable medical condition that won’t keep you from having a healthy and fulfilling life; yet, the psychological trauma, shame, and stigma can be debilitating. The group requires an 8 week commitment to make sure that group members get to know each other and create group cohesion.

Online Mantra Group Meditation
Mantra chanting meditation is a powerful practice and very effective in regulating our Vagal-Tone which in turn helps regulate our entire nervous system creating physical, emotional and mental balance. Every 6 weeks we will start a new mantra addressing mental health and overall well-being. This is a FREE practice that is open to the public on Saturday mornings.
