I work with clients who struggle with low self-esteem and chronic guilt or shame, often contributing to codependency, anxiety, depression, and difficulty prioritizing their needs. Many of the clients I work with have a history of developmental or relational trauma, that led to using coping strategies, such as people pleasing or being overly independent.
