My therapeutic services are aimed at supporting children, youth, young adults, parents, families, couples, and elder adults moving towards healing, cultivating self-awareness, and self-love, re-connect to the present moment and having a sense of peace and wholeness.
My goal is always to stay humble and allow clients to be empowered, grow and take action. I am a Licensed Marriage and family therapist in Orange County, CA. I work with a wide range of issues and utilize a humanistic-based approach in my work.
