I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a deep belief in human resilience and the transformative power of relationships. I view life through a relational lens—because when we feel understood, valued, and loved, our confidence grows and healing becomes sustainable. I work with individuals, families and couples that are working on healthy communication, divorce and infidelity recovery, dating and relationship rebuilding, domestic violence and relational trauma, recovering from narcissistic or sociopathic abuse, and self-esteem and personal growth.

I use Narrative and Contextual Family Therapy, as well as techniques from the Gottman Method, Ester Perel, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am also certified in both somatic therapy and personality disorder treatment to support my clients who are recovering from traumatic relationships put words to their experiences and heal their nervous system.

My therapeutic style is direct, empathetic, and empowering—designed to help clients reclaim their voice and rebuild trust in themselves and others.
