I am a licensed Marriage and Family Child Therapist; I have been in the mental health field for the past 15 years. I have a range of experience working with children, teens, and adults, managing anxiety and depression symptoms. Additionally, I support individuals in recreating a sense of safety after experiencing traumatic events through a strong therapeutic relationship.
