My approach is warm, nurturing, and collaborative, while also being empowering and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused work, Gestalt techniques, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you.
I have a passion for working with children, couples, and families, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges. I also deeply respect each client’s values and faith, and I welcome incorporating that into our work if it’s important to you.
