Weekend, Before-Hours, & After Hours Availability - - - One of the hardest places to exist is a place where you are unfamiliar, unhappy, or uncomfortable with yourself. My desire is to create and nurture an environment where my clients learn to trust themselves and their abilities to navigate successfully through life. Within my practice, I am determined to be a source of unconditional, nonjudgmental support that both empowers and respects each and every client.
All people are unique, and thus, my intervention style and therapy techniques vary client to client. I appreciate the collaborative nature of therapy and encourage my clients to voice their opinions on what has (or hasn’t) worked in the past, what they are interested in trying, and how I can best support them.
My hope for you is to acknowledge that by taking the first step, YOU are incredibly brave. The support that I offer is both authentic and unquestioning. I would love the opportunity to work with you as an ally along your journey!
