My therapy approach is tailored to the individual and their needs and goals. My approach will typically include one, or a combination of, the following; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as Play Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I also utilize EMDR Therapy to assist clients in processing through trauma as well as anxiety/depression. I work with clients to address a variety of areas including; depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, domestic violence, among others including attachment related issues. I also work with clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
I work with adults, but I also work with teens and children. Often working on a variety of issues including but not limited to; depression, self-esteem, cognitive, behavioral, bullying, and sexuality. As noted above, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor those approaches to client's specific needs.
