I work with grief, loss, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and obstacles related to sexual and physical health. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you better understand yourself, build new coping tools, and move toward the kind of life you want.
I create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself, so just show up however you are—whether you curse like a sailor, are cozy and quiet, or something in between! All of you is welcome here: from the parts of you that feel most put-together, to the ones you’ve learned to hide.
