I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, sex addiction, substance use, ADHD, family conflict, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Mind-Body Bridging, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other client-centered modalities.
I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. I understand that beginning therapy can bring feelings of fear or shame, so I strive to foster a sense of comfort and safety in our work together.
I know there can be tough topics in relationships and families that need to be worked through and I am here to help work through them in the best way possible.
My office staff will run a complimentary benefits check with your insurance company before your first session to ensure I am in-network for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
