A key focus of my practice is empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families. As a neurodivergent, I understand this journey's unique joys and challenges and practice from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I am pursuing AutPlay Therapy certification, which entails neurodiversity-affirming play therapy.

Embarking on the journey of therapy can initially be daunting. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to facilitate a mutually beneficial therapeutic relationship. This consultation allows us to assess whether we would be appropriately aligned in our therapeutic endeavors.
