At NeuroPlay Falls Church, I work with children facing emotional regulation, behavior challenges, anxiety, or social skills concerns. Parents want tools that make daily life calmer and more connected. My play-based, developmentally informed approach helps children express feelings, resolve conflict, and strengthen confidence. I integrate Child-Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay, and Filial/CPRT to support family communication and co-regulation. Caregiver guidance is included. Services provided under supervision at Falls Church Wellness Center.
I specialize in play-based therapy for neurodivergent children navigating big emotions, anxiety, ADHD/Autism traits, school or peer challenges, and behaviors that feel hard to understand. Through Child-Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay, and Filial/CPRT, children build regulation, communication, flexibility, and coping skills in a safe, attuned space.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to support your child’s big emotions, you’re not alone. Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel isolating, and it makes sense to seek guidance. I offer a compassionate space to understand behaviors and build connection. If this resonates, I’d be honored to explore whether we’re a good fit.

I support clients who are navigating the challenges of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, as well as families dealing with difficult dynamics. The first session will differ from subsequent ones, especially for children. During this initial session, I will meet only with the parents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the child's presenting issues.
