My approach is relational, trauma-informed, grounded in psychodynamic, emotionally-focused, and attachment theory. Integrating these perspectives, we can explore how past experiences are affecting your present and amplify your strengths so you can navigate your life with more loving kindness, authenticity, awareness, and empowerment.
I work with individuals & couples. With couples, I integrate Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). Therapy is a vigorous journey and it's important find a therapist who feels like the right fit.
