I'm a family therapist who works with children, teens and parents toward feeling more connected, understood, and confident in their relationships. Whether from social media, friends, or family, we're inundated with opinions and advice on the best parenting strategies, and it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what the best path forward is. I can help you sort out what makes sense for your family so that you can feel grounded in your parenting style and empowered to make choices that align with your values. While I do see children and teens individually, I find that's most effective to have parent involvement as well.

I help parents gain clarity about their child's emotions and behaviors and create a plan for moving forward. In my work with children and teens - play, creativity and humor are my favorite therapy tools. I specialize in parenting neurodivergence including ADHD and Autism, as well as addressing caregiver burnout with exhausted and stretched-thin parents.

With children and teens, I use a mixture of expressive arts, play-based modalities as well as somatic (body awareness) and cognitive behavioral therapy when appropriate.
