I work with kids, families and adults who are looking for practical ways manage powerful emotions while feeling cared for and understood. Some areas of focus include trauma, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, ADHD/Autism/PDA, parent-child connection, friendship therapy, and high achieving teens and young adults. Therapy is an investment, and I understand the need to have effective and efficient care. I'll focus on goals that are important to you while providing a warm and curious space where we can explore your strengths, challenges, and what will help you move forward into confidence, peace and clarity.
I believe healing happens in relationship with others, so I prioritize creating a welcoming and comfortable space where my clients feel connected and at ease. I have a personal and conversational style with all of my clients while encouraging them to be in-tune with their thoughts, emotions and needs. With kids and teens, I use creativity and playfulness.
Seeking help can be hard, and you’ve already taken the first step. If you think I might be a good fit for you or your loved ones, call or message me to schedule a free consultation. I’m currently offering in-person sessions at my Downtown Edmonds office as well as Telehealth for residents of Washington State.
