My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you can feel understood, supported, and able to make sense of what you’re going through. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether that shows up as anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural issues, or questions around faith and identity.
I use evidence-based approaches while also focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful to you as an individual. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical. It can be a space where you’re able to be honest, curious, and even challenged in a way that leads to real growth.
I have over 8 years of professional experience, and see clients who speak English and Spanish. I have a variety of trainings and certifications ranging from Accelerated Resolution Therapy, to CBT, DBT, Gottman (couples), CBT-TB, and more. I believe I have the skill set to be able to help a variety of clients though their therapeutic journey.
