I provide therapy to children and adolescents ages 7-17. I specialize in: neurodivergent thinkers including autism, ADHD, and learning differences; complex trauma; eating disorders; anxiety & OCD, and gender exploration and identity. I also work well with neurodivergent adults. I view my role as a therapist to the child and a supportive consultant to the parent/guardian. I believe in the transformative power of relationship, in the power of play and connection, in the intersection of neuroscience with shared humanity, and in a strengths-based mindset for all individuals with whom I work.
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), CBT, play therapy, expressive arts, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also provide behavioral support consults for families, sensory-informed consultation, and yoga therapy.
