Everyone needs help sometimes. In therapy, we join together to achieve your goals. Many of my clients are working on issues with anxiety and depression brought on by life transitions and past traumas. Together we examine patterns of thinking and behaviors that are no longer serving you. New coping skills help clients tolerate their feelings and improve their interpersonal communication.
Using many different ways of working is fundamental to my approach. Although clients have a lot in common, we do not always need the same kind of support. We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential-humanistic, and psychodynamic techniques depending on your needs during our time together.
Developing client relationships is a serious commitment and a great joy for me. I look forward to partnering with you.
