I am currently working towards a Masters of Arts in Counseling at Northwestern University's Graduate School. I am intentional about practicing inclusive therapy for people of all religions, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, specifically those in the LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I aim to create a safe space for thems, femmes, and women in order to empower these individuals.
My primary focus in my work is on the holistic mind-body connection, and working through anxieties and depression with this in mind.
I welcome any and all clients with a desire to make changes in their lives. I recognize that our society is rooted in oppressions that can make it difficult to live our lives and express ourselves, and I aim to create a safe space grounded in that reality. I look forward to working with you!
