About
Accepting New Clients (Teletherapy Only) - I believe you are taking the first step in your new journey. Entering counseling can be very scary because in many cases, the anticipation of what to expect can be great. As many of us know, life can take a turn in a blink of an eye, right?! Life transitions, especially those that might be unplanned, can cause uncertainty. These uncertainties may cause anxiety, depression, and additional stressors that may change our way of thinking and being . However, TODAY you are officially on the road to change!
My specialties are but are not limited to anxiety, life transitions, and depression. Please refer to the “specialties” and “issues” list below to find other services that I can provide. My therapeutic styles include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy.
I know this may seem overwhelming, but by no means do you have to decide right away. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding services. I want to make sure that you believe I am a great fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon! As always, make today a great one!
