At Petal & Sage Counseling, I support children, teens, women, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship stress, motherhood, life transitions, family struggles, and worries about their child. Therapy can be a place to feel understood, supported, and gently guided toward healing and growth.

I offer individual, couples, family, and play therapy using attachment-based care, EFT, and child-centered approaches. My style is warm, honest, genuine, and supportive, with room for gentle humor and direct conversations. I help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with more clarity.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You only need a place where you can be honest about what feels hard and feel supported without judgment.
