My professional work and therapeutic practice are inextricably linked to my lived experience as a Queer Black Femme. This position at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities is the fundamental lens through which I understand human suffering, resilience, and healing. While this is the identity I embody, the complex mechanics of chronic trauma are universal. Whether navigating systemic marginalization or private, relational fractures, the deep impact of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) shapes lives across all demographics.
My Therapeutic Philosophy: Your unique identity and lived experience are not the sources of your pathology; they are the ultimate sources of your power and resilience. Our work together is a collaborative, unhurried space of radical acceptance. We work to: Deconstruct and discard the toxic, internalized scripts that keep you feeling stuck or invisible.
