At New Moon Therapy, I help motherless daughters manage feelings of unresolved grief such as: anxiety, anger, and fear in order to find meaning, peace and fulfillment in their lives. I believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to honor their grief, find strength in their vulnerability, and discover the resilience within herself. My mission is to provide compassionate and holistic care for grieving women with a particular focus on the unique experience of mother loss. Grounded in empathy and understanding, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where women can explore their grief, find solace, and cultivate resilience.
Losing a mother is one of the most impactful losses a woman will experience in her life. This loss can impact a daughter's identity formation, grief processing, attachment in relationships, and much more. I help women manage symptoms of unresolved grief which can include anxiety, anger, fear, distrust, hyper-independence and fear of abandonment.
I am a motherless daughter and mother having lost my mom when I was 5 months old. I understand you because I am and have been you. Life and death are rich with meaning and purpose, and I’d like to help you find your life's meaning after your mom's death. My therapeutic style is humorous, conversational, warm, open, and direct.

Groups
Milwaukee Motherless Collective
Milwaukee Motherless Collective is a sanctuary for women who had lost their mothers, a place where they could feel understood, supported, and empowered. The collective was born from my desire to transform my own pain into a source of connection and healing for others. MMC is a testament to the love I have for my mom, Rosalie, and to the resilience and strength of motherless daughters near and far. Through this community, I hope to provide the support and understanding I longed for, helping other motherless daughters feel a sense of belonging and empowerment on their own paths to healing.
