But – I can help YOU make all those things happen. Therapy is hard work – I’ll tell you that now. I’ll challenge you, call out nonsense and push you to be the best version of yourself you can be. I will also be your biggest cheerleader, your bulldog and ultimately, your guide. I can’t promise you therapy with me will be easy. But I can promise you if you put in the work, it'll be worth it.
I consider my self a generalist - meaning a treat a wide variety of mental health challenges, but I do have several specialties including: Grief, Couples therapy, Pre-marital counseling, Teens and treatment resistant depression/anxiety. I also offer Christian-based counseling for those interested.
