As someone who knows just how heavy struggling alone can be, I want to say I’m glad you’re here! We can bear this weight together. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic. I use a variety of therapy techniques pulled from Mindfulness-Based CBT, narrative, person-centered, and strength-based therapy. I recognize that not everything works for everyone. Let's find what works for you together!
Come as you are- I show up to my therapy sessions as my authentic self and I encourage you to do the same! I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, communication, work/life balance, and life transitions.
