I am dedicated to helping adults and teens find a lasting sense of purpose and wellbeing. I help clients deepen their connection to themselves and others through practices that center embodiment, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation. I enjoy working with a multitude of populations and I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate disconnection from oneself or body, identity concerns, and trauma-related issues. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and I provide inclusive care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities—including BIPOC, Latine, neurodivergent, and polyamorous.

I believe individuals have the innate capacity to evolve and find healing despite the human experience of uncertainty, suffering, and confusion. I utilize depth-oriented, values driven, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment concerns, low self-esteem, and relational issues.

Throughout our work together, I will honor your unique lived experiences and identities and cultivate a space that feels safe, affirming, and inclusive. As your therapist, my aim is to foster curiosity and connection while supporting the gradual development of safety, resilience, and self-trust.
