My goal is to create a safe space for you to come just as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to face it alone. Therapy is not about being judged or "fixed." It's about feeling heard, understood, and supported as you discover your own strengths and move toward the life you want to build. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other approaches tailored to your individual needs.
While I enjoy working with a wide variety of concerns, I have a particular passion for helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with children and adolescents, helping them build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate unique challenges that arise.
I believe that every person's story is unique, and together we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you while building the tools and confidence to navigate life's challenges. No concern is too small or too big to bring into therapy. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
