I enjoy working with individuals, couples, or families! I have experience in working with a diverse population and a variety of concerns including: couples therapy, self-esteem and identity, cultural exploration and well-being, women’s issues, anxiety and/or depression. I work mostly with adults and adolescents 16+.

I believe therapy can help us on the path to creating meaningful relationships through vulnerability, communication, and healing. As a mental health professional, I aspire to create a safe, open, and empathetic space in the therapy room. I understand that the path to emotional and mental well-being is a hard one, and I would be honored to be a part of it.
