In 2015, I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Now as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)

I utilize dialectical behavior therapy for those individuals that struggle with regulating their emotions. I am trained in EMDR. I also practice using motivational interviewing, which helps you find the internal motivation to help resolve uncertain feelings to change behaviors.
