I am an IFS-informed therapist trained in EMDR, and I integrate parts work and mindfulness into every session. Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and supportive, while also gently challenging when needed. I specialize in trauma and in supporting parents through postpartum shifts, mom rage, identity changes, and the mental load.
In addition to my psychotherapy work, I bring 11 years of experience and over 500 completed immigration psychological evaluations, including VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum, and I-601/I-601A. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English and, as the daughter of an immigrant, I’m passionate about and committed to supporting immigrant families.
