To build the therapeutic relationship, I rely on Client-Centered work. You are the expert of your life story, but once I understand how you see yourself the real work can begin. As an eclectic counselor, I pull interventions from a variety of theories including: Depth, Somatic, and DBT. No two people are the same, so my sessions reflect that individuality.
