I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional pain, relational challenges, and struggles with identity and sense of self. I help clients process what they are going through while exploring the patterns beneath their thoughts, feelings, actions. Rather than focusing solely on short-term symptom relief, I approach therapy as a process of cultivating self-awareness and agency. Clients often leave sessions feeling steadier, more understood, and more connected to themselves in ways that support lasting change. I am IFS-trained and integrate psychodynamic, EFT/attachment-based, CBT, and somatic approaches.

My work is depth-oriented and existentially informed, inspired by Eastern and Western philosophies. I see struggles with one’s sense of self, emotional pain, and relational challenges not as pathology, but as meaningful signals (or even rebellion) against inherited narratives about identity and worth shaped by family, culture, and beyond.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a journalist and educator. Those roles deepened my respect for lived experience and the complex forces that influence us. As an immigrant and lifelong expat, I bring a culturally attuned, trauma-informed lens to my work. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin; therapy can be a space to pause and reflect.
