Wherever you are in life, we will create an intentional space to explore your struggles, your inner emotional world, and the parts of yourself that are seeking clarity, care, and growth. As an immigrant and Third Culture Kid (TCK), I believe our identities are intricate and multifaceted. To truly comprehend ourselves and lead a fulfilling life, we must consider the diverse contexts that shape us. My past careers as a journalist and teacher have shown me that while our narratives are unique, we all share a desire for self-understanding, insight into the human experience, and meaningful connections.

I support individuals and couples through relational conflicts, depression, anxiety, loneliness, life transitions, and grief. I am IFS-trained, and my relational, strength-focused, culturally sensitive approach integrates Western and Eastern schools of thoughts, also drawing from modalities such as psychodynamic, EFT, and existential psychotherapy.

I view therapy not only as a space for temporary relief, but also for existential exploration and connection, believing that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the healing process. You don’t have to be in crisis to seek therapy; it can simply be a safe place for you to unload, experiment, and grow. I’d be privileged to walk this journey with you.
