My style is warm, direct & collaborative. My approach is integrative; drawing from strengths based, trauma-informed, relational & social justice perspectives. I work to hold space for you in your moments of pain, & guide you towards developing insight & self-compassion in order to address & resolve problems, change patterns, heal trauma & navigate hardships
I am passionate about working with adults facing but not limited to: body image, infertility, grief/loss, life transitions, medical trauma, self-esteem, interpersonal issues and personal growth.
