The weight of cultural and societal expectations can take a toll on one’s mental health. Family & religious pressure can also negatively affect our identity and self-perception. I believe that no matter what our past has given us or what our future holds, we are capable of working through our life challenges. I help clients embrace their authentic selves while navigating intergenerational trauma, perfectionism, family conflict, & life transitions like divorce.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for your individual experience. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your emotions and explore your path forward. My work is integrative and personalized, drawing from attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion approaches.
