My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to support your healing, growth, and overall well-being. I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, as well as managing anxiety, stress, and life transitions such as becoming a parent, career changes, grief, and loss. I also focus on personal development, including building self-esteem, enhancing coping skills, and achieving meaningful goals.
In my practice, I frequently utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) because of their proven effectiveness in addressing a variety of challenges. Through DBT, I help clients develop practical coping skills to manage intense emotions and navigate life's difficulties.
