I can only imagine how overwhelming it can be to choose a right psychologist. I specialize in trauma along with treating depression, mood disorders, anxiety & couple therapy. As an adjunct faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I have learned that challenging times can be scary and overwhelming for a lot people, but they can also present an opportunity for growth & positive change if managed appropriately.
I use a compassionate approach when helping people make changes in their lives. In my practice, I work collaboratively and interactively to help identify and solve problems that get in the way of achieving life aspirations.
