I specialize in couples/family therapy, trauma therapy for individuals, and individual therapy. I am in the process of certification for EMDR, a empirically validated form of trauma therapy. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families to increased connection in relationships. I also utilize attachment therapy.

I have worked with a diverse population with various presenting issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, infidelity, infidelity, grief, co-parenting, mood management, LGBTQ, sexual abuse, and faith transitions/crisis.
