Healing isn’t always linear, and it doesn’t always come through words alone. Many of the people I work with carry complex trauma, anxiety, or a deep sense of spiritual disconnection. Even after years of talk therapy, they may feel stuck—trapped in old patterns, disconnected from their body, or overwhelmed by emotions they can’t name. Beneath all of this is often a quiet, persistent longing: to feel grounded, calm, safe, and whole again. My work begins with that longing and gently supports clients in reconnecting with themselves, their inner wisdom, and their sense of aliveness.
I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that blends EMDR, CBT, and ACT with somatic therapies like TRE, the Safe and Sound Protocol, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. I support the mind, nervous system, and emotional heart. For clients exploring non-ordinary states or plant medicine, I offer ethical, grounded integration for healing and insight.
