I specialize in working with couples and relationships, both with self and others. My approach is holistic and integrative to help your relationships and you be the best they can be. I am culturally competent, an LGBTQ ally, and welcome whatever path of spirituality you follow (or don't). You're unique, and I strive to know and to meet you wherever you are.
I work with numerous clients who are "soul searching" and are motivated to transform their lives. I also help premarital couples prepare for marriage, and assist longer term relationships to reestablish connection with each other, improve communication, co-parent more effectively, and increase trust.
