My extensive training in relationship and various modes of individual therapy prepare me to work with individuals, couples, and families. With an emphasis on interpersonal relationships and their impact on thinking, emotions and behavior, I address the whole person emphasizing the ever-changing life cycle.
Understanding issues and interactional patterns by repairing and reprocessing them promotes individual self-awareness, growth and resiliency. Overall healthier individual wellness and balance become distinguishable in our relationships and lifestyle. Treatment is from a perspective incorporating the whole system as it affects you individually.
I focus in helping people restore balance into their lives through healing painful events and relational injuries that repeatedly interrupt life causing emotional conflict and self-sabotaging patterns.
