It is not uncommon for someone to find themselves in a state of emotional reaction, due to negative childhood experiences, life challenges, trauma or constant relationship problems. This is not only an emotional response, but a physical and spiritual one as well.

We need to change these negative beliefs, release the weight of past experiences, and eliminate current triggers to be free to live a healthier more positive life.
