Adolescence and young adulthood are times of great potential filled with major developmental tasks. At times those tasks can feel overwhelming. I am passionate about offering hope and unconditional positive regard to support those working through the time of life from pre-teen through young adulthood. A safe and supportive environment, recognizing patterns that no longer serve the client, and an increased self-awareness can help clients to grow into their full potential.
In addition to working with adolescents, I offer counseling services to parents of pre-teens through young adults to strengthen the family relationships, parenting, and transitional issues involved in this time of life.
