I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio and Kentucky with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field, including therapy since 2006. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as in-home, schools, private practice, and community mental health facilities, assisting individuals in overcoming and dealing with life's challenges. My scope of practice includes general mental health issues (anxiety, depression, etc.), relationship issues, life transitions, work/life balance, career, grief, anger management, and more.
I like to meet my clients where they are, create goals, and work toward achieving those goals by establishing a therapeutic relationship. My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered, and solution-focused modalities, but I am eclectic and tailor my approach based on your needs.
I enjoy empowering my clients to work toward change, recognizing how challenges can be an opportunity for growth. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for you to express emotions and deal with life's challenges.
