For those who are ready to break free from repeated cycles and patterns...but don't know where to start, could use a cheerleader, would like guidance, are ready to learn some new skills, are open to pulling up the "weeds" that pull them down or keep them stagnant, and would like to heal the soil those weeds are rooted in...I say, Welcome! I have over 20 years experience, compassion that helps you feel safe and not judged, confidence in therapies that work, and an arsenal of skills to share. My specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, attention deficit, emotions, trauma, and depression.
Through specialty trainings, my own ongoing education, and 20+ years of experience, I have several therapy tools and modalities that I am able to incorporate to tailor your treatment, including Christian counseling, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR.
