I have trauma certifications in Brainspotting, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for BPD. I have trained in the world renown Gottman Method Couples Therapy and PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy). I also have worked in Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Centers.
