As a therapist, I enjoy assisting clients among the various stages in life. I come from over 14 years of experience as a social worker in a variety of capacities. I am excited to work with adult clients to help them figure out what they want for their lives and move towards obtaining it.
I utilize an eclectic array of therapies/techniques: CPT, EMDR, CBT, Psychodynamic, Somatic Movement, and more. I have a MSW from Western Michigan University, a Trauma Informed Care Certificate from Michigan State University, am a member of the NASW, and am an EMDRIA certified therapist.
I believe that everyone has the ability to change their mindset and further their journey for growth and healing.
