I have experience with all age ranges. I have had the privilege of holding space for and walking along side individuals and families as they learn to integrate and understand the complexities of their lives. I have specialized training in end of life, aging, grief/loss and hypnosis. I offer an open, nonjudgmental safe space to process and heal.
Navigating the complexities of life is universal. It is in these moments that we may desire a non biased third party to help us discern and identify a way forward. My desire as a therapist is to help you learn to listen to and trust your own knowing and build a life you feel good about.
